Hackers who claimed to be from Iran have targeted a US government website. The website belonging to the Federal depository Program (fdlp.gov)was infiltrated with an image of US president, Donald Trump being punched in the face alongside a message believed to be from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The shocking message states “martyrdom was Suleimani’s reward for years of implacable efforts.” “With his departure and with God’s power, his work and path will not cease and severe revenge awaits those criminals who have tainted their filthy hands with his blood and blood of the other martyrs,” it stated further.
Reacting to the message, a US government spokesperson disregarded the message stating there was no confirmation the message came from Iran. It will be recalled that the US President sternly threatened to destroy 52 Iranian sites following harsh vengeance vowed by aggrieved Iranians over the Us airstrike that killed their beloved General/leader of the Quds Force, General Qassem Soleimani.
